  1. Parsley

  2. 6 egg s hard boiled, chopped and mixed with

  3. 2 T mayo

  4. 1 onion , chopped and drained on a paper towl

  5. lemon rind, sliced into wedges

  6. 1 8 oz pkg cream cheese whipped with

  7. 2 oz black caviar , drained on paper towel

  8. 1 oz red caviar , drained on paper towel

  1. Butter the bottom of an 8" spring pan. Layer the egg mix on bottom, then onion, then cream cheese mix on top. Chill overnight.

  2. Place red caviar in the center in a circle, then black caviar around the red to fill. Place lemon rind center out like a sunburst. Sprinkle parsley around the edge of the pie. Serve with water crackers.
