  1. 50 Chicken wing pieces

  2. 1/4 lb 113g / 4oz Margarine

  3. 1/4 cup 59ml Hot sauce

  4. 1 Cayenne pepper

  5. 1 Garlic salt

  6. Oil/fat for deep frying

  7. Black pepper

  8. Celery sticks

  9. Blue cheese dip

  10. 1 Paprika

  1. Deep fry the wing pieces( in small batches) in hot oil at 385F for 10 minutes, or follow package directions.

  2. Drain on paper towels; sprinkle with black pepper while draining.

  3. While chicken is frying, melt margarine in large skillet; mix in hot sauce, garlic salt, and cayenne.

  4. As Chicken is drained, toss into the sauce skillet and mix in.

  5. When all chicken is in the sauce, dash in paprika, mix again and allow to stand for a while.

  6. Reheat before serving.

  7. Serve with celery sticks and Blue Cheese Dip.
