  1. Melt ~2 Tbsp butter in a frying pan. Add all the vegetables and saute until soft. Drain off as much butter as possible, then mix in dill and parsley to taste. Spoon vegetables into the bottom of the pastry crust. Sprinkle the cheese over top of vegetables. Whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and nutmeg, and pour over top of cheese. Arrange cherry tomato halves over top of the egg. Bake 15 minutes at 425F, the reduce heat to 375F and bake another 20-25 minutes, or until a knife inserted near the centre comes out clean. Let quiche stand about ten minutes before slicing and serving.
