  6. 1/8 to 1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper

  7. 2 clove(s) garlic , minced 1 package(s) (8 ounces) Morningstar Farms® Meal Starters™ Chik'n Strips

  8. 4 ounce(s) firm tofu , drained and cut into 1/2-inch pieces 1 1/2 cup(s) chopped tomato (about 2 medium tomatoes)

  9. 1 cup(s) seeded and sliced cucumber

  10. .67 cup(s) canned garbanzo beans , rinsed and drained 5 cup(s) pitted black olives , sliced 5 cup(s) chopped red onion

  11. 1/3 cup(s) chopped fresh parsley

  12. 4 cup(s) torn mixed greens

  1. In small bowl whisk together oil, vinegar, honey, oregano, mustard, red pepper, and garlic. Set aside.

  2. Cook Morningstar Farms® Meal Starters™ Chik'n Strips according to package directions.

  3. In large bowl toss together tofu, tomato, cucumber, beans, olives, onions, and parsley.

  4. Arrange greens on 4 serving plates. Top with tofu mixture. Sprinkle with Chik'n Strips. Whisk oil mixture. Drizzle over each salad. Serve immediately.
