  1. 5 cups of cooked chicken (shredded)

  2. 2 (8 oz.) cream cheese

  3. 1 (12 oz.) bottle Frank's Red Hot Chicken Wing sauce

  4. 2 cups finely diced celery

  5. 1 cup of ranch or blue cheese dressing (I always use ranch)

  6. 1-2 cups shredded monterey jack /cheddar blend cheese

  1. In a skillet on stove toss shredded chicken with red hot sauce. Add cream cheese in pieces. Add celery and dressing, heat until melted together. Pour mixture into a 9“ x 13” pan. Top with shredded cheese and bake at 350° for 20 to 30 minutes. Serve with tortilla chips. Note: Depending on how hot you like it play with the amount of hot sauce.I use ½ to ¾ of a bottle and even t he “wimpy” people thought it was finger lickin’ good.
