  1. Crust:

  2. 2 cups chopped pecans

  3. 1/4 cup brown sugar

  4. 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon

  5. 2 tbsp. butter, room temperature

  6. Filling:

  7. 1/2 cup heavy or whipping cream

  8. 336 g chopped semisweet chocolate

  1. For Crust:

  2. Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Blend together pecans, sugar and cinnamon in a food processor until finely chopped. Add butter and blend until combined. Press crust mixture evenly over bottom and up sides of a 9 inch tart pan with removable bottom. Bake crust about 20 minutes until golden brown. Cool crust on a rack.

  3. For Filling:

  4. Heat cream to a simmer in a medium saucepan. Add chocolate and whisk until melted and smooth. Pour filling into crust and refrigerate until firm, about 2 hours.

  5. Remove tart from pan and slice into wedges.
