  1. 1/4 cup 59ml Plain low-fat yogurt

  2. 2 tablespoons 30ml Hot pepper sauce

  3. 4 Chicken drumsticks - skinned

  4. 1/4 cup 36g / 1 1/3oz Bread crumbs

  1. In a shallow dish, combine yogurt and hot pepper sauce, mixing well. Add drumsticks, turning to coat, cover, and marinate in the refrigerator for 2 to 4 hours.

  2. Remove drumsticks from marinade, dredge in bread crumbs, and place in a baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes. Transfer to a serving platter and serve.
