  1. 1 tablespoon butter or margarine

  2. 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour

  3. 2 teaspoons curry powder

  4. 2 (19-oz.) cans Progresso® Traditional Chicken & Wild Rice Soup

  5. 1 to 3 teaspoons fresh lemon juice

  6. 2 (6-oz.) containers Yoplait® Original Fat Free Plain Yogurt

  7. Chopped fresh parsley, if desired

  1. In 3-quart saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in flour and curry powder. Cook 1 to 2 minutes, stirring frequently, until bubbly.

  2. Stir in soup and lemon juice. Heat to boiling. Immediately remove from heat. Stir in yogurt, about 1/4 cup at a time. Sprinkle individual servings with parsley.
