  6. 1 can Beer

  7. 2 Tablespoon Cumin

  8. 4 Tablespoon Ground red chilies

  1. ts Paprika1 ts Grd black pepper1 ts Flavor enhancer1 ts Salt1 pk Chill Lee's chili mixWaterBrown the meat. Brown onions,garlic an jalapenotogether. Combine meat and onion with beer,cumin,chilies, paprika, pepper, flavor enhancer andsalt; marinate for one hour. Add water to cover.

  2. Stir well. Cook chili-grind meat at least 2 hours.

  3. Hand cut meat should be cooked 3 to 4 hours.

  4. Hamburger meat, after its browned, should be ready inabout 30 min. If using a fresh jalapeno, remove theseeds. Chili Lee has also been known to add a 15ounce can of tomato sauce to his chili and substitute2 T NW chili powder for the grd red chilie
