  6. 1/2 English (hothouse) cucumber, unpeeled , seeded and finely diced

  7. 1 tablespoon(s) finely chopped dill

  8. 1 teaspoon(s) minced garlic

  9. 1/4 teaspoon(s) salt

  10. Yogurt Cheese

  11. This spread resembles cream cheese but has less fat and cholesterol.

  1. Heat oven to 425°F. Line a rimmed baking sheet with foil Place salmon on prepared baking sheet. Mix cumin, paprika and pepper in a cup; rub on salmon. Bake 10 minutes or just until salmon is cooked through Meanwhile mix rest of ingredients in a bowl. Serve on the fish
