  1. Hamburger Rolls for ABM-Oven

  2. Yield: 8 servings

  3. 1 1/8 cups water

  4. 2 tablespoons butter or margarine

  5. 3 1/4 cups bread flour

  6. 3 teaspoons gluten

  7. 3 tablespoons dry milk powder

  8. 1 tablespoon sugar

  9. 1 1/2 teaspoon salt

  10. 3 teaspoons dry active yeast

  11. Make sure all ingredients are at room temperature.

  12. If making by hand, add yeast to the water heated to about 110F.

  13. Allow to activate. Add foamy yeast solution to other ingredients

  14. and knead until dough is smooth and elastic, adjust water or flour

  15. to suit.

  16. If using an ABM for kneading dough, set ABM for dough cycle. When

  17. cycle has finished remove from pan.

  18. Punch down and let rise covered for 20 minutes Divide dough into 8 equal sections, make each section into a ball and place on lightly

  19. greased large baking sheet. Flatten each with palm of hand. Cover

  20. 1 to

  21. 1-1/2 hours

  22. 375F oven for 20 - 25 minutes until

  23. golden brown. Remove from baking sheet and let cool on cake rack.
