  1. 1 Spam luncheon meat - (12 oz) - cubed

  2. 1 cup 110g / 3.9oz Chopped celery

  3. 1/2 cup 73g / 2.6oz Chopped green bell pepper

  4. 1/3 cup 78ml Mayonnaise or salad dressing

  5. 1/4 cup 23g / 0.8oz Toasted slivered almonds

  6. 2 tablespoons 30ml Chopped onion

  7. 2 tablespoons 30ml Pickle relish

  8. 1 teaspoon 5ml Prepared mustard

  9. 5 Flour tortillas - (8" dia)

  10. 5 Lettuce leaves

  1. In medium bowl, mix all ingredients except tortillas and lettuce. Cover; refrigerate until ready to serve.

  2. Roll each tortilla into a large cone and secure with wooden picks. Carefully stuff each cone with a crumpled piece of foil so cone will retain shape. Place cones on baking sheet. Broil, 3 inches from heat, turning several times until cones are crisp and lightly browned, about 3 minutes. Cool; carefully remove foil and wooden picks.

  3. When ready to serve, line each cone with a lettuce leaf and fill with salad mixture.

  4. This recipe yields 5 servings.
