  1. 2 tablespoons crushed allspice

  2. 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg

  3. 1 teaspoon cinnamon

  4. 12 scallions, white part only, chopped

  5. 6 scotch bonnet or habanero peppers or 12 jalapeno peppers, roughly chopped

  6. 1/3 cup red wine vinegar

  7. 2 tablespoons canola oil

  8. 1 tablespoon kosher salt and 1 teaspoon black pepper

  9. 2 tablespoons soy sauce

  10. Few drops hot sauce

  1. In workbowl of food processor combine all ingredients and process 1 to 2 minutes.

  2. Yield : about 3/4 cup
