  1. 1 tablespoon 8 thick, good quality beef

  2. 2 bacon rashers,

  3. 1 potato,

  4. 1 carrot,

  5. 1 large onion,

  6. 1 garlic clove,

  7. 1 cup 1/2 teaspoon beef stock powder or 1 stock

  8. 1/4 teaspoon Tabasco

  9. 1 x 440 g can salt-reduced baked

  10. 1/4 cup chopped fresh

  1. Cook sausages in hot oil until well browned and drain on paper towel.

  2. Cut into slices about 2 cm thick.

  3. Add bacon, potato, carrot, onion and garlic to the pan and cook until onion is soft.

  4. Stir in water, stock and sauce and bring to boil. Simmer, covered until potato is tender.

  5. Add baked beans and sausages and simmer, uncovered for 5-10 minutes or until heated through.

  6. Stir in parsley.
