  1. 300 g 1/2pc, torn into strips

  2. 50 g 50 g 2 tbsp Chinkiang Vinegar

  3. 2 tbsp Premium Dark Soy Sauce

  4. 3 tbsp Peppercorn Chilli Oil

  5. 1 tbsp Sugar

  6. 1 tbsp Minced ginger

  7. 2 tsp Minced garlic

  8. 1 tsp

  1. Arrange all the ingredients on a deep plate and chill in refrigerator until cold. Pour seasoning mix over chicken and vegetables. Garnish with green onion and Chinese parsley. Serve cold.
