  1. 1 small can (450 grams) pineapple slices

  2. 1 small can (450 grams) peach 1 small can (450 grams) pears

  3. 1 tsp chopped celery

  4. 225 gms paneer (cottage cheese)

  5. 2 tbsp fresh cream

  6. 1 head lettuce

  7. salt to taste

  1. Chop the fruits and put to chill.

  2. Crumble the cottage cheese and add salt, celery, cream and 4 teaspoons of fruit syrup (from the fruit cans).

  3. Line a salad bowl with lettuce leaves.Pile the cheese in the centre and surround with the chilled fruits.

  4. Alternatively, instead of chopping the fruits, fill the cavities of the fruit with the cottage cheese mixture and arrange decoratively.

  5. Serve cold.
