  4. 2 ea Beef Flank Steaks;

  5. 1/2 c Lime Juice

  6. 2 T Oregano Leaves; Dried

  7. 2 T Olive Or Vegetable Oil

  8. 2 t Salt

  9. 1/2 t Pepper

  10. 4 ea Cloves Garlic; CrushedEach flank steak should weigh between

  11. 1 and 1 1/2 lbs. --

  12. Place beef steaks in shallow glass or plastic dish. Mix remaining

  13. ingredients and pour over the beef. Cover and refrigerate at least 8

  14. hours, turning occasionally. Set oven control to broil. Place beef on

  15. rack in broiler pan. Broil with the tops about 3 inches from the heat

  16. 5 minutes. Turn beef and broil about 5 minutes longer.

  17. Cut beef in thin strips across the grain of the meat. Serve with

  18. tortillas and guacamole if desired. --
