  1. 4 cups Blackberries (up to)

  2. 3 cups Blueberries (up to)

  3. cup Water (If the berries are juicy use less)

  4. 1 Box Sure jell (up to)

  5. 4 cups Sugar; Depending on the sweetness of the berries

  1. From: MRS NAOMI R SANDERS Date: Mon, 19 Aug 1996 22:29:22 -0500 Boil down the berries, I bruise them a little. Add sugar slowly and boil down for 10 minutes stirring occasionaly. ( I love whole berries in the jam so don't mix hard.) Add sure jell, slowly, mixing constantly and slowly. Let boil for another 10 minutes. Check for doneness by putting in a metal spoon. If the mixture sticks to the spoon you are ready for canning.
