  1. 6 cups (about 2 medium) thinly sliced peeled cucumbers

  2. 2 cups California seedless grapes, halved

  3. 1/4 cup chopped chives or green onion

  4. 1/3 cup white wine vinegar

  5. 1 teaspoon olive oil

  6. 1 tablespoon honey

  7. 1 teaspoon salt

  8. 1/4 teaspoon bottled hot pepper seasoning

  1. Combine cucumber, grapes and chives. Mix vinegar, olive oil, honey, salt and pepper. Add to cucumber/grape mixture and mix well. Refrigerate at least 30 minutes.
