  1. 4 Salmon fillets cooked and chilled

  2. 1 Pineapple diced

  3. 1 Mango diced

  4. 1 Pint strawberries diced

  5. 2 Kiwi diced

  6. 1 Tbsp fresh mint diced

  7. 1 Head red leaf lettuce

Instructions Jump to Ingredients ↑

  1. Combine the pineapple, mango, strawberries, kiwi and mint. Chill for at least one hour. Place the lettuce on a plate. Place the salmon in the center of the plate. Surround the salmon with the tropical fruit.
