  1. Kahlua Pecan Pie

  2. 1 pastry crust for a

  3. 9 inch pan

  4. 1/4 cup butter

  5. 3/4 cup granulated sugar

  6. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  7. 2 tablespoons flour

  8. 3 eggs

  9. 1/2 cup Kahlua

  10. 1/2 cup dark corn syrup

  11. 3/4 cup evaporated milk

  12. 1 cup whole or chopped pecans

  13. whipped cream and pecan halves, optional

  14. Line a 9-inch pie pan with your favorite pastry recipe. Chill.

  15. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. In large bowl, cream together

  16. butter, sugar, vanilla and flour. Mix well. Beat in eggs, one at

  17. a time. Stir in Kahlua, corn syrup, evaporated milk and pecans.

  18. Mix well. Pour into pie pan. Bake for 10 minutes. Reduce heat

  19. 325 degrees F and bake until firm, about 40 minutes. Chill.

  20. Garnish with whipped cream and pecan halves, if desired.
