  1. 1 pound fresh scallops, cut into 1/3-inch rounds

  2. 2 tablespoons grated Vidalia onion

  3. 2 tablespoons diagonally sliced scallions (green part only)

  4. 2 tablespoons julienned daikon radish

  5. 1/4 cup rice wine vinegar

  6. 1/4 cup soy sauce

  7. 3 tablespoons lemon juice

  8. 1/8 teaspoon finely chopped red chile
