  1. 1 stick butter

  2. 1/2 cup sugar

  3. 4 tablespoons whiskey marmalade -- (irish mist, if -- possible)

  4. 2 cups self rising flour

  5. 2 eggs -- beaten

  6. 2 1/2 tablespoons milk

  1. Preparation : (I have no idea what whiskey marmalade is!!) Cream the butter and sugar. Add the marmalade and beat well. Add the flour, beaten eggs and milk bit by bit. Spread the mixture into a greased 7-1/2" pan lined with foil. Bake for about 1 hour at 375 degrees. Cool in the pan.
