  1. serves 12 6 broiler-fryer breasts, boned and skinned

  2. 2 cups sour cream

  3. 1/4 cup lemon juice

  4. 4 teaspoons celery salt

  5. 4 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce

  6. 2 teaspoons paprika

  7. 4 cloves garlic

  8. 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

  9. Cornflake crumbs (I just used regular Kroger brand bread crumbs)

  10. 1 cup butter

  11. 350 F. Remove chicken from mixture and coat with cornflake crumbs, being sure to cover them evenly. Arrange in single layer in large shallow baking dish. Melt butter and spoon half over chicken. Bake chicken uncovered

  12. 45 minutes. Spoon remainder of butter mixture over chicken. Bake

  13. 10 or 15 minutes longer or until chicken is tender and nicely browned.
