  1. 3 pound Stewing beef, cubed

  2. 1 pound Chorizo(Spanish sausage)

  3. 2 Large onions, diced

  4. 5 Cloves garlic, minced

  5. 3 Jalapeno pepper,peel

  6. 3 Tablespoon Olive oil

  7. 1/2 teaspoon Cayenne

  8. 3 Tablespoon Chili powder

  9. 45 Ounces Tomato sauce

  10. 1 teaspoon Salt

  11. 1 1/2 cup Water

  12. 1 can Mexican beer

  1. Preparation : Brown Meat, onions, garlic and jalapenos together in olive oil. While mixture is browning, add cayenne and chili powder. Stir often. Add tomatoe sauce, salt, water and beer. Cover and cook on low heat for 30 minutes, stirring often. Uncover and simmer for 2 hours.
