  2. RASPBERRY CREAM BROWNIE WEDGES

  6. 8 oz Cream Cheese -- softened

  7. 1/2 c Raspberry Preserves --

  8. Seedless

  9. 1 tb Flour

  10. 1 Egg

  11. 6 dr Red Food Color 3/4 c Unsalted Butter

  12. 4 oz Unsweetened Chocolate

  13. 3/4 c Sugar

  14. 3 Eggs

  15. 1 c Flour

  16. 1/2 ts Baking Powder

  17. 1/2 ts Salt

  18. 3 tb Chambord

  19. 2 oz White Chocolate

  20. 4 ts Oil

  21. Filling--

  22. Brownie--

  23. Glaze--

  24. Preheat oven to 350.

  25. Lightly grease 9-inch springform pan. In a small

  26. bowl, combine all filling ingredients. Beat 1 minute

  27. at medium speed; set aside.

  28. In a medium saucepan, melt butter and chocolate over

  29. low heat, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and cool slightly. Add sugar and 3 eggs; beat well. Stir

  30. in flour, baking powder and salt. Stir in Chambord.

  31. Spread half of chocolate mixture in bottom of greased

  32. pan. Spread filling over chocolate. Spread remaining

  33. chocolate mixture over filling. Bake for 37-42 minutes

  34. or until center is set. Cool on rack 5 minutes; run

  35. knife around edge of pan to loosen. Cool completely;

  36. remove from pan.

  37. Melt glaze ingredients over double boiler. Spread

  38. glaze on top of brownie and cool.
