  1. 2 cups boiling water

  2. 2 cups wheat bran

  3. 2 1/2 cups flour

  4. 2 1/2 cups whole wheat flour

  5. 2 tablespoons baking soda

  6. 1 teaspoon salt

  7. 1/2 cup prunes -- pureed

  8. 1/2 cup soft margarine

  9. 2 1/2 cups sugar

  10. 1/2 cup molasses

  11. 2 eggs

  12. 4 egg whites

  13. 4 cups buttermilk

  14. 2 cups All-Bran Cereal

  15. 2 cups oat bran

  16. 2 cups raisins

  17. 400 degrees for 18-23 mins., depending on size. Store unused batter in airtight container in the refrigerator until you are ready to use it. This mixture will keep for up to

  18. 2 months. To use take batter directly from the refrigerator and bake the muffins at

  19. 375 degrees for 20-25 mins.
