  4. 1 tablespoon fresh dill

  5. 1 teaspoon salt

  6. 1/2 teaspoon pepper , freshly cracked

  7. 1 teaspoon horseradish

  8. 4 ounces smoked salmon

  2. Serve on bread that's been toasted in the oven brushed with olive oil and a sprinkling of salt and pepper.
