    5. 1/2 cup (100g) sugar

    6. 1 tablespoon honey

    7. 1 small cinnamon stick

    8. 2 whole cloves

    9. 2-4 allspice berries

    10. 1 pound (450g) rhubarb, trimmed and rinsed
