  3. 2 tablespoons oyster sauce

  4. 1 tablespoon oil

  5. 1 dash salt

  1. Wash the vegetable under running water with a dash of salt. Separate the stalk from the leaves.

  2. Heat the oil in a wok and add in the stalk of the vegetables as these take long to cook. Then stir in the leaves.

  3. Add the oyster sauce and add a dash of salt.

  4. Stir well and serve hot.
