  2. 2 cans low sodium chicken broth

  3. 1/2 bunch cilantro , chopped

  4. 1 cup fresh pico

  5. 1 Tbl cumin

  6. 1 Tbl garlic , minced

  7. Avocado

Instructions Jump to Ingredients ↑

  1. Puree 3 cans of beans in a food processor. Pour into a large soup pot and add remaining can of beans and all other ingredients. Simmer for 20 minutes or longer. Serve and top with sliced avocado.
