  1. 3 tablespoons 45ml Vegetable oil

  2. 2 tablespoons 30ml Soy sauce

  3. 1 tablespoon 15ml Red wine vinegar

  4. 1 teaspoon 5ml McCormick California Style Garlic Powder

  5. 3/4 teaspoon 3.8ml McCormick Hot Shot! Pepper Blend

  6. 1 lb 454g / 16oz Boneless sirloin steak - cut 1 1/2" cubes

  7. Assorted vegetables, such as

  8. 12 Mushroom caps (large)

  9. 12 Firm cherry tomatoes

  10. 12 Wedges red or green bell pepper

  1. Combine oil, soy sauce, vinegar, and seasonings in 1-cup glass measure. Beat with fork until well combined.

  2. Pour into self-closing plastic bag or shallow glass or stainless steel dish. Add meat and toss to coat. Cover if using dish and refrigerate at least 2 hours, turning meat occasionally.

  3. Preheat grill.

  4. Remove meat from marinade and discard marinade. Spear meat and vegetables onto metal skewers and grill 10 to 15 minutes, turning frequently.

  5. This recipe yields 6 servings Tip: Since meat and vegetables do not take exactly the same amount of time to cook, you can control cooking time for different ingredients by separating the ingredients and putting them on separate skewers. For example, onions will take longer to cook than tomatoes.
