  5. 1 tablespoon soy sauce

  6. 1 tablespoon cider vinegar

  7. 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil

  8. 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger

  9. 1 clove garlic , minced

  10. 1 tablespoon finely chopped scallion
