  1. 6 oz 170g King crab meat - (to 8 oz) - thawed if necessary

  2. 1 Garlic clove - minced

  3. 1/2 cup 99g / 3 1/2oz Butter or margarine

  4. 3/4 cup 177ml Heavy cream

  5. 1/2 cup 73g / 2.6oz Grated Parmesan cheese

  6. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Freshly-ground black pepper

  7. 12 oz 340g Fettuccine noodles - cooked, drained

  8. Salt - to taste

  9. 1 tablespoon 15ml Chopped fresh parsley

  1. Drain and slice crab. Saute garlic in butter. Blend in crab, cream, cheese and pepper; cook and stir until thorughly heated.

  2. Add to hot fettuccine; toss lightly. Salt to taste. Garnish with parsley.

  3. This recipe yields about 6 servings.
