  1. Mangoes 5

  2. Chopped

  3. Sugar 1 cup

  4. Vinegar 1/2 cup

  5. 1 piece 1" piece Sliced

  6. Chilli powder 2 tsp.

  7. Salt 2 tsp

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a saucepan, bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 10 to 20 minutes until the mangoes are soft and the mixture is jam like consistency. When cool fill in sterilized jars and seal.
