  3. 1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice

  4. 1 Tbsp poppy seed s

  1. Cook brussels sprouts in microwave.

  2. Cut brussels sprouts in half and then into thin (⅛ to ¼ inch wide) shreds.

  3. Melt butter in heavy large skillet over medium high heat. Add brussel sprouts and toss until warm. Add lemon juice and poppy seeds. Toss to blend. Season with salt and pepper.
