  1. 2 cloves garlic

  2. 2 cans (15-19 oz) chickpeas rinsed and drained

  3. 1 package KNORR recipe classics vegetable soup, dip & recipe mix

  4. 1/2 cup water

  5. 1/2 cup olive oil

  6. 2 tbsp lemon juice

  7. 1/4 tsp ground cumin

  1. In food processor, pulse garlic until finely chopped. Add remaining ingredients except pita. Process until smooth. Chil at least 2 hours.

  2. Stir hummus before serving. If desired, add 1-2 tbsp additional olive oil.
