  8. 1 c Low-fat cottage cheese,

  10. 1/2 c Grated parmesan cheese

  11. 1/2 c Shredded part-skim

  12. -mozzarella chees (2 ounces)

  13. 2 tb Snipped parsley

  14. 1/2 ts Dried oregano, crushed

  15. 1 ds Ground red pepper

  16. 10 oz Can tomatoes with green

  17. -chillies

  18. 2 ts Cornstarch

  19. Cook shells for about 18 minutes. Rinse in cool

  20. water; drain well. Combine egg, cottage cheese,

  21. parmesan cheese, mozzarella, parsley,oregano, and red

  22. pepper. Spoon about 1/4 cup into each shell; place

  23. shells in a 10 x 6 x 2 inch baking dish.

  24. In a small saucepan combine undrained tomatoes with

  25. chilies with cornstarch. Cook and stir over medium

  26. heat till slightly thickened and bubbly. Cook 2

  27. minutes more. Pour sauce over shells in the baking

  28. 375 oven about 25 minutes or till heated through. Makes 4 servings.
