  3. 1 TB flour

  4. 1 TB corn starch

  5. 2 lg egg whites

  6. : pn salt 1 c light brown sugar -- packed

  1. Chop the nut medium fine. Mix the nuts , flour and cornstarch in a small bowl. Beat the egg whites until stiff, adding sugar gradually. Fold in the flour/nut mixture.
