  1. 6 ripe avocados

  2. 3 limes, juiced

  3. 1 medium onion, chopped

  4. 1 garlic clove, minced

  5. 2 Serrano chilies, thinly sliced

  6. 1 big handful of fresh cilantro, finely chopped extra-virgin olive oil kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper

  1. Halve and pit the avocados. With a tablespoon, scoop out the flesh into a mixing bowl. Mash the avocados with a fork, leaving them a bit chunky. Add the rest of the ingredients and fold everything together. Drizzle with a little olive oil, adjust seasoning and give it one final mix with a fork.
