  1. 2 lbs confectioners sugar

  2. 1 stick (1/4 lb) butter

  3. 1 can (13 oz) evaporated milk

  4. 7 oz jar marshmallow creme

  5. 18 oz jar peanut butter

  1. Cook confectioners sugar, butter and evaporated milk in saucepan over medium heat, stirring constantly until ingredients melt. Continue cooking to soft ball stage on a candy thermometer (235 degrees)

  2. Remove from heat and quickly stir in marshmallow creme and peanut butter. Pour into 2 greased pans 8x8x2.

  3. Cut into 1 1/2 inch cubes when cooled. This is best cut after sitting 8-10 hours.
