  1. 1 pound crab meat

  2. 1 pint oyster s

  3. 1 pound raw shrimp

  4. 2 TBSP. olive oil

  5. 2 TBSP. flour

  6. 2 onion s, diced

  7. 1 green bell pepper , diced

  8. 1 cup celery , diced

  9. 1/2 tsp. garlic salt

  10. 1/2 tsp. Cayenne red pepper

  11. 2 bay leaves

  12. 1 TBSP. Chili powder

  13. 1 tsp. oregano

  14. 1cup green onion tops, chopped

  15. 2 quarts water

  1. Make a dark roux with the flour & oil in a large Dutch oven. Sauté the onion, pepper, & celery in roux. Add the water & seasonings, cook for ½ hour. Add shrimp & cook for 10 minutes. Add crabmeat, oysters & green onions, & simmer for 10 more minutes. Serve with rice.
