  1. 1 tube refrigerated chocolate chip cookie dough (18 oz.)

  2. 1/2 Cup vanilla or white chips

  3. 1/2 Cup Macadamia nuts, Coarsely

  1. In a large bowl, combine dough, chips and nuts. Knead until well combined. Divide dough in half. On greased baking sheets, shape each piece into a 13inch by 2&1/2inch log. Bake at 375 degree for 12-14 minutes Remove from oven and cut diagonally with serrated knife into 1 inch pieces, separating each piece about 1/4 inch after cutting. Bake 5-6 minutes longer or until firm. Cool 2 minutes and move to wire racks. ** you can substitute chocolate chips for the white chips.
