  1. 1 cup 237ml Strong hot coffee

  2. 3 tablespoons 45ml Sugar

  3. 1/4 cup 59ml Nonfat milk

  4. 1/2 cup 46g / 1.6oz Coconut rum

  5. 2 cups 474ml Ice cubes

  6. Freshly-ground nutmeg - to taste

  1. Pour coffee and sugar into blender and pulse a few times to dissolve sugar. Add milk and coconut rum. Add ice cubes and blend until drink is frothy and ice cubes are crushed, 30 seconds to 1 minute. Pour into 2 glasses, spooning foam on top of drink. Top with ground nutmeg.

  2. This recipe yields 2 servings.
