  1. 3/4 cup Water

  2. 2 tsp. Ginger root, chopped

  3. 2 cups Guava juice

  4. 1 1/2 tbsp. Lemon juice

  5. 1 1/2 cups Pineapple, finely chopped

  6. 1 cup Sugar

  7. 3-4 cups Pineapple juice

  1. Add 1/4 cup water to ginger root.

  2. Boil for about 3 minutes and strain.

  3. Add the liquid to the guava, lemon and pineapple juices.

  4. Make a syrup of sugar and remaining water, let cool.
