  1. 8 Garlic - crushed

  2. 1 tablespoon 15ml Pepper white - ground

  3. 1/2 cup 73g / 2.6oz Coriander - chopped fine

  4. 1 teaspoon 5ml Salt

  5. 1 teaspoon 5ml Coriander - ground

  6. 1 tablespoon 15ml Red chili flakes

  7. 2 tablespoons 30ml Lime juice

  8. 4 lbs 1816g / 64oz Chicken drumsticks

  1. Mix all ingredients thoroughly, coating the drumsticks on all surfaces.

  2. Marinate 30 minutes or better yet, overnight in the refrigerator.

  3. Barbecue over moderate charcoal fire for 30 minutes or until well-cooked on both sides.

  4. Serve with Nam Prik Dang.
