  1. 2 cans chicken and rice soup.

  2. 10 oz frozen okra

  3. 1/2 lb button mushrooms.

  4. 16oz stewed tomates.

  5. 6 oz can shrimp rinced and drained.

  6. 6 oz crab,rinsed and drained..

  7. 1/4 tsp garlic powder.

  8. 1 small onion diced.

  9. 1/2 lb catfish nuggets. tabasco sauce. salt and pepper to taste

  1. in a large dutch oven (cast iron) pepare soup as directed. let soup heat up. then add all other ingredients. Cook slowly over med-low heat for 30 min. taste for seasonings and adj.accordingly. add tabasco sauce to bowls of gumbo as needed.
