  1. 2 pieces of chicken thigh

  2. 1 tsp lemon juice

  3. 1/2 tsp salt

  4. 1 tbsp cooking oil

  5. 200 ml water oil for frying Seasonings (puree):

  6. 4 red onions

  7. 3 cloves garlic

  8. 2 hazelnuts

  9. 1/2 tsp turmeric powder

  10. 3 cm kencur

  11. 1/2 tsp roasted shrimp paste

  12. 1 cm ginger

  13. 1/8 tsp salt

  1. : 1. Marinate chicken thighs with lemon juice and salt. Let stand for 25 minutes.

  2. Heat 1 tablespoon oil, saute seasonings until fragrant. Add chicken, cook until change color. Pour water and cook until the flavor is absorbed and cooked. Lift.

  3. Heat oil, fry chicken until golden. Lift.

  4. Serve chicken with fresh vegetables and chilli paste.
