  6. 2 T sugar

  7. 1 c sour cream

  8. 1 T shortening

  9. 1 t prepared mustard

  10. 1 1/3 c flour

  11. 1 t baking powder

  12. 1/2 t baking soda

  13. 1/2 t salt

  14. 1 pk ham

  15. --finely chopped--

  16. 1/2 c Swiss cheese

  17. Beat egg until light. Add sugar, sour cream, shortening and mustard;

  18. stir well. Add dry ingredients; stir just until moistened; do not

  19. overbeat. Gently, stir in ham and cheese. Fill greased muffin tins 3/4

  20. 400 degrees

  21. 20 to 25 minutes. Yield:

  22. 12 muffins or mini-muffins. --
