  1. 400 g 2 thick pieces

  2. 2 tbsp Corn starch

  3. 2 tsp Oil

  4. 2 tsp Sauce Mix

  5. Premium Oyster Sauce

  6. 2 tbsp Tomato Ketchup

  7. 2 tbsp Water

  8. 75 ml Sugar

  9. 1 tbsp Corn starch

  10. 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

  11. 1/2 tbsp

  1. Mix beef steak with marinade.

  2. Pan-fry beef steak in 2 tbsp oil until desired doneness. Put on a serving plate. Keep warm.

  3. Bring sauce mix to the boil. Pour over beef steak. Serve with fresh vegetables and cooked spaghetti.
